ARS is software a recruiting agency, club or program (each an “agency” here) uses to manage its own clients' recruiting cases: tracking outreach to college coaches, sharing film, recording coach replies, publishing recruiting profiles, and surfacing gaps in a family's recruiting profile. ARS is the software provider. The recruiting services themselves, meaning advice, outreach strategy, and the relationship with a family, are provided by the agency, not by ARS.
Nothing in ARS, including any AI-assisted feature, states or implies a guaranteed scholarship, roster spot, coach response, or admission decision. Recruitability scores and gap detection reflect what is on file for a case, not a prediction or promise about that athlete's outcome.
An agency account represents that it has the authority to manage the cases it enters into ARS, and that it has obtained any consent required from a family before entering their information, publishing a profile, or contacting them through the product, as described in the Privacy Policy and the SMS & Messaging Policy.
ARS is a tool an agency uses to manage its own client relationships. The agency, not After Today, LLC, is the party recruiting, advising, and communicating with a family, and the agency is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any consent required before contacting a family, entering their information into ARS, or publishing an athlete's profile. Consent to text alerts is the one exception in how it is recorded: ARS accepts it only from the athlete's parent or guardian, or from an athlete who is 18 or older, signed in to their own account. Agency staff cannot record it for a family. After Today, LLC provides the technical safeguards described in the SMS & Messaging Policy (a consent check before every send, immediate revocation, a guardian copy on every text to an athlete), but does not itself verify the identity of the person who records consent or confirm any other consent an agency represents that it has collected.
An agency agrees to indemnify and hold harmless After Today, LLC, its officers, and employees from any claim, fine, penalty, or liability, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or any comparable state law, arising from the agency's failure to obtain or maintain valid consent, or from an agency's misuse of ARS to contact a family or individual outside a legitimate recruiting purpose.
ARS is licensed software, not an AI service After Today, LLC operates on an agency's behalf. An AI-assisted feature in ARS runs on a language-model provider account the agency itself connects and owns. After Today, LLC does not supply, operate, or pay for that model unless it has agreed in writing to include AI usage in an agency's plan. An agency is solely responsible for choosing its own AI provider, paying that provider directly under its own account and terms, and for anything an AI-assisted feature outputs using that provider. An agency may charge its own clients for AI-assisted features however it sees fit; After Today, LLC is not a party to that arrangement and does not bill for, meter, or share in it.
An agency agrees to indemnify and hold harmless After Today, LLC, its officers, and employees from any claim, fine, penalty, or liability arising from the agency's choice of AI provider, that provider's own acts or terms, or the content an AI-assisted feature produces using the agency's own account.
An agency's subscription fee is the price shown on the ARS pricing page or at checkout when it subscribes. It is billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly as the agency chooses, and renews automatically until the agency cancels. Cancelling stops future renewals. A founding rate stays at the price the agency subscribed at for as long as that subscription continues without a break.
Where an agency charges its own families through ARS, the agency is the seller: the payment goes to the agency's own Stripe account, and the agency is responsible for its prices, refunds and taxes to its families. After Today, LLC is not a party to that sale and does not receive any part of it.
Either party may stop using ARS at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, particularly anything touching guardian consent or minor safety.
ARS is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, After Today, LLC disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
